1. Service Agreement

MiloPost provides legal consultation and representation services in Malaysia. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and our professional conduct standards.

2. Fees & Payment

• Fees are quoted per engagement and billed as outlined in your service agreement
• Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments incur 5% monthly interest
• Disbursements and third-party costs are additional

3. Confidentiality & Privilege

All client information is protected under attorney-client privilege. We comply with Malaysian legal professional privilege rules and will not disclose information without your consent, except where legally required.

4. Limitation of Liability

MiloPost's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from our services shall be governed by Malaysian law and resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees incurred and costs advanced.

7. Data Protection

We process your data in compliance with GDPR and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Your data is used solely for service delivery and legal compliance.
